The mission of DDSL is to develop an institutional framework of excellence to deliver research and consulting services to both public and private sectors at home and abroad. DDSL is committed to fostering professionalism in consulting services by strengthening institutional capability and providing experts from various fields to government agencies, donor organizations, NGOs, private sectors, research institutions, and financial organizations.
